Queensland Aircraft Charter offers you an unparalleled level of service and discretion. We require our flight crew to commit to our Platinum Service Standards (PSS). These standards outline our expectation of exemplary service and comfort that needs to be extended to all our clients. Our flight crew also understand that your business needs may change during the day and will be as flexible as the aircraft's capability allows.
OUR CHARTER MANAGER
All charter flights are carefully co-ordinated by our Charter Manager BEN YAXLEY. Ben is an experienced charter pilot and will carefully consider your needs and select an aircraft that will achieve an efficient result.
OUR CHARTER pilots
All charter pilots are experienced pilots meeting strict standards of employment. All our pilots undergo training in our Platinum Service Standards and are often qualified CASA flight instructors in the aircraft of your charter - meaning they are qualified not only to operate it, but are experienced in teaching in that aircraft..
FAST response
Within a few hours we should be able to advise you of a quote for your trip, with a suggested aircaft that will suit that purpose. If your needs are urgent we can often have an aircraft dispatched within a few hours of your request.
TWO CREW
Where capacity allows it is our policy to operate our aircraft with two crew - meaning we don't charge you to have another pilot on board. Usually our second pilot is tasked with the responsibility of taking care of you and ensuring you are comfortable and informed about the trip

Queensland Aircraft Charter has been operating with AOC 065630-18 since 1971. With over 40 years of experience we have built a reputation for safety and standards.

Although not a CASA requirement, we take safety seriously and choose to operate a Safety Management System. Our SMS is a regular part of our day to day operaton, which allows us to target an incident free operation.

specialist in 1 to 9 passenger CHARTER
Queensland Aircraft Charter specialises in the transport of between 1 and 9 passengers. We are able to place a number of aircraft options before you and allow you to select the one that suits your needs.
OUR CONCIERGE SERVICE
Queensland Aircraft Charter can organise ground transportation at either end if required. Some of our aircraft are equiped with 3G telephones for the pilot, so our crew can contact a taxi once an arrival time has been determined.
SATELLITE TRACKING
With most of our aircraft you have the added comfort of knowing that our base is monitoring each flight's position as it progresses. This allows us additional safety benefits and can also be used in conjunction with our concierge service for the sequencing of other requests you have made.
WORK while you fly
If you wish to work enroute, some aircraft are available with club seating - meaning you can sit talking business and utilise a drop down business table for your laptop.
FLEXIBILITY
We understand your day might change once begun. Our pilots will be more than happy to change the flight plan such that we are able to meet fatigue and other relevant CASA legislation.
